NOVELTY - Anti-aging Neoprene (RTM: Chloroprene) mixed rubber comprises 100 pts. wt. Neoprene (RTM: Chloroprene), 2-6 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 6-10 pts. wt. naphthenic oil, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 70-80 pts. wt. carbon black, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator, 1-5 pts. wt. anti-fatigue agent PL600 and 0.5-2 pts. wt. modified graphene. USE - Used as anti-aging Neoprene (RTM: Chloroprene) mixed rubber. ADVANTAGE - The rubber improves the performance of repeatedly bending chloroprene rubber and simultaneously improves the flexibility of the rubber product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the anti-aging Neoprene (RTM: Chloroprene) mixed rubber, comprising (i) adding Neoprene (RTM: Chloroprene) into an internal mixer, adjusting the roller distance to 0.5-2 mm and kneading at 50-60 degrees C, adding magnesium oxide, nano zinc oxide, stearic acid, naphthenic oil, anti-aging agent, carbon black, accelerator, anti-fatigue agent PL600 and modified graphene, and mixing uniformly, (ii) debinding at 90-100 degrees C, cutting with knife for 3-5 times left and right on an open mill after the glue is discharged, and thinning the triangular bag for 6-8 times to exhaust the film to obtain the rubber material, and (iii) vulcanizing the rubber material and cooling.
