NOVELTY - The method involves welding a sleeve semi-finished product head by using a high-frequency welding machine to envelop a head of a semi- finished product. Two side long edges of the semi-finished product are sealed together. Two long sides of the semi-finished product id sealed by using a high-frequency heat sealer. A tail cover semi-finished product is welded by using a high-frequency welding machine. A tail part of a welding mold is provided with a slicing cutter. The semi-finished product is cut to obtain a sealing sleeve. The sealing sleeve of a finished envelope product is output. An obtained finished envelope product is transferred to a rear end packing production line through an automatic pulling mechanism. USE - Graphene far infrared floor warming printed envelope realizing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing higher enclosure efficiency, saving labor cost, and improving quality in product envelope side edge technique and avoiding residual air bubbles to sealing sleeve inner side of the graphene far infrared electric membrane.
