▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves forming a connecting groove with an outer side of a clamping block. A dielectric layer (4) and a second clamping block are provided with a graphene layer (3). ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving efficiency of a reflection device and hiding performance of a graphene super-surface by changing internal voltage to adjust incident wave.
