NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-doped gutta-percha shape memory material involves mixing and pressing 30-70 pts. wt. gutta-percha, 70-30 pts. wt. polypropylene (PP), 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 2-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. promoter NS (N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide), 2-5 pts. wt. stearic acid (SA), and 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, then adding 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant to the internal mixer, then hardened for 15 minutes and further mixing 0.5-1 pts. wt. sulfur at a temperature of 155 degrees C for 315 minutes, and the mixing is continued for 5 minutes and total mixing time 20 minutes, then cold rolled down to obtain mixture. The mixture is subjected to tableting at a temperature of 175 degrees C, then adding rubber compound, and preheated for 15 minutes, deflated for 10 times, hot pressing for 3 minutes and cold pressed for 15 minutes to obtain desired product. USE - Method for preparing graphene-doped gutta-percha shape memory material used for preparing automobile bumper (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-doped gutta-percha shape memory material, which has excellent impact resistance compared with normal PP material to more than 3 times, good shape memory property, and has flame retardant performance.
