NOVELTY - The film (1) has electroconductive graphene sheet (10) with single layer that is provided with primary region (10A) and secondary region (10B). The primary region is made of graphene and secondary region is made of oxidation graphene, transparent polymer material and an inorganic material. The light transmittance capacity of the secondary region is higher than the primary region. The secondary region has gap that is provided with opening and notch. USE - Transparent conductive film used as electrode in heater, touch panel, solar cell, organic electroluminescent apparatus, LCD and electronic paper (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The decline of light transmittance capacity of the transparent conductive film is reduced. The decline of electrical conductivity of semiconductor in the film is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The film has primary region with maximum narrow portion whose width (W) is 10-30 nm. The light transmittance capacity of electroconductive graphene sheet is 97.7% or more. The secondary region is mutually aligned with respect to the electroconductive graphene sheet. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) heater; (2) touch panel; (3) solar cell; (4) organic electroluminescent apparatus; (5) LCD; and (6) electronic paper.
