NOVELTY - The electrochemical device has an isolation film arranged between an anode pole component and a cathode pole component. The cathode pole component is provided with a cathode current collector and a cathode active material layer. The cathode active material layer is arranged on the cathode current collector. The cathode pole component and a lithium sheet are connected with a counter electrode. The cathode pole component and the lithium sheet are connected with a battery after charging to 2.0V capacity. Cathode active material in the cathode active material layer comprises artificial graphite, natural graphite, intermediate phase carbon microsphere, soft carbon, hard carbon, lithium titanate, silicon, silicon alloy and silicon oxygen compound or silicon carbon compound. Silicone compound is formed as silicon oxide (SiOx). Conductive agent comprises carbon black, acetylene black, kurheen black, graphene, carbon nano-tube and a carbon fiber or carbon nano-wire. USE - Electrochemical device for use in an electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The circulation performance of the electrochemical device is improved.
