NOVELTY - Preparation of porous polylysine membrane involves mixing deionized water and graphene oxide to prepare graphene oxide suspension, ultrasonically processing, adding polylysine solution and benzoic acid esters as oil phase, ultrasonically processing, placing obtained product in water bath, casting membrane, forming uncrosslinked membrane, immersing uncrosslinked membrane in dialdehyde crosslinking agent solution, crosslinking, washing crosslinked membrane with ethanol and deionized water and drying membrane. USE - Preparation of porous polylysine membrane used in medical industry and wastewater treatment, water sterilization, food preservation and catalysis applications and for detection of heavy metal ions in water. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, environmentally-friendly, rapid and energy-efficient preparation of porous polylysine membrane with improved stability and uniform porous structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of porous polylysine membrane involves mixing deionized water and graphene oxide to prepare graphene oxide suspension, ultrasonically processing for 10-60 minutes, adding 5-45 vol.% polylysine solution at 25-50 degrees C, mixing, adding benzoic acid esters as oil phase, ultrasonically processing for 5-20 minutes, placing obtained product in water bath at 35-65 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, casting membrane, placing casting membrane at 35-65 degrees C for 2-4 days to form uncrosslinked membrane, immersing uncrosslinked membrane in dialdehyde crosslinking agent, crosslinking at 35-65 degrees C for 8 hours, washing crosslinked membrane with ethanol and deionized water and drying membrane.
