▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A polyimide film is derived from a precursor composition (c1) comprising a polyamic acid (p1), and comprises inorganic filler having sublimation property, and graphene-containing spherical polyimide filler. USE - Polyimide film is used for forming graphite sheet for electronic device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyimide film provides graphite sheet having excellent crystallinity and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of polyimide film, which involves preparing a polyamic acid solution (s1), preparing precursor composition by mixing an inorganic filler and a polyimide filler with polyamic acid solution (s1), casting the precursor composition on o a support, drying to prepare a gel film, and imidizing by heat-treating the gel film; and (2) graphite sheet, which is produced by carbonizing and/or graphitizing the polyimide film.
