NOVELTY - High conductive polyformaldehyde comprises 90-110 pts. wt. polyoxymethylene, 0.1-10 pts. wt. carbon nano material, 1-50 pts. wt. polyethyleneoxide, 1-10 pts. wt. polyether amine, 0.05-5 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - High conductive polyformaldehyde used in mining, manufacturing industry, specifically relates to machinery, building material, automobile, electronic electric, explosive, light industry, machinery, coal mine, petroleum, chemical industry, textile industry (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high conductive polyformaldehyde solves the problem of poor compatibility between polyoxymethylene and carbon nanomaterials and uneven dispersion of carbon nanomaterials, which seriously affects its conductivity and mechanical properties and has excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high conductive polyformaldehyde, which involves: (A) mixing the carbon nano material and polyethylene oxide particles uniformly to form polyethylene oxide/carbon nano-material composite powder; (B) crushing polyformaldehyde, mixing with the polyether amine, making the polyether amine uniformly coated on the surface of the polyformaldehyde particles; and (C) mixing the polyethyleneoxide/carbon nano-material composite powder with the polyformaldehyde particles coated with polyetheramine, adding antioxidant, preparing to obtain high conductive polyformaldehyde material.
