NOVELTY - Aqueous high temperature resistant graphene inorganic heat dissipation paint comprises 30-80 pts. wt. aqueous inorganic resin, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene, 1-15 pts. wt. inorganic heat-conducting filler, 0.1-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 1-15 pts. wt. curing agent and 10-30 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Used as aqueous high temperature resistant graphene inorganic heat dissipation paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has high heat exchange performance and fast heating speed, and improves thermal conductivity and infrared emission rate of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing aqueous high temperature resistant graphene inorganic heat dissipation paint, comprising adding the aqueous inorganic resin and graphene into a mixer, and stirring at 500-1500 revolutions/minute for 1-2 hours, (ii) placing the curing agent in a ball mill tank, ball milling at 250-350 revolutions/minute for 1-2 hours, and adding into a mixer, (iii) adding the filler, the auxiliary agent and the solvent sequentially into the mixer, and stirring at 1000-2000 revolutions/minute for 1-4 hours, and (iv) adding the mixture into sand mill, grinding for 0.5-1 hour, and filtering through a 200 mesh screen; and (2) use method of aqueous high temperature resistant graphene inorganic heat dissipation paint, comprising applying the aqueous high temperature resistant graphene inorganic heat dissipation paint to an electric heater heating body, immersing the stamped aluminum alloy heat-dissipating fin in a sodium hydroxide solution for caustic washing, degreasing and removing the natural oxide film on the aluminum surface, ultrasonically cleaning with deionized water and ethanol, drying, applying the above prepared coating to the treated aluminum alloy heat dissipating fins by spraying or dip coating process, drying for 5-10 minutes, incubating at furnace temperature of 160-200 degrees C for 0.5-4 hours, air cooling, assembling on the heat pipe, and obtaining high temperature resistant graphene inorganic heat dissipation paint surface coated electric heater heating body.
