NOVELTY - Composite heat-conducting and sound-absorbing material, comprises 10-80 wt.% activated carbon felt, 5-75 wt.% zeolite particles, 1-80 wt.% graphene particles, and 5-40 wt.% adhesives; where the activated carbon felt is used as a skeleton, the graphene particles are bonded on the activated carbon fiber surface of the activated carbon felt by the adhesive, the zeolite particles are bonded to the surface of the graphene particles and the activated carbon fiber surface of the activated carbon felt through the adhesive. USE - The composite heat-conducting sound-absorbing material is used for back cavity of loudspeaker (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite heat-conducting sound-absorbing material has excellent heat conducting performance and sound absorbing performance, and good mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing the composite heat-conducting sound-absorbing material, comprising (1) cutting the activated carbon felt according to the shape of the rear cavity of the speaker to match the rear cavity of the speaker, (2) mixing the zeolite particles, the graphene particles, the adhesive with a foaming agent and a dispersant to obtain a heat-conducting and sound-absorbing liquid, (3) soaking the cut activated carbon felt in the heat-conducting and sound-absorbing liquid to obtain a composite heat-conducting and sound-absorbing material precursor, (4) quick-freezing the precursor of the composite heat-conducting and sound-absorbing material, so that the precursor of the composite heat-conducting and sound-absorbing material is finalized, (5) freeze-drying the shaped composite heat-conducting and sound-absorbing material precursor to remove the dispersant in the composite heat-conducting and sound-absorbing material precursor, (6) calcining the precursor of the composite heat-conducting and sound-absorbing material after removing the dispersant, so that the adhesive in the precursor of the composite heat-conducting and sound-absorbing material is cured, (7) using water to ultrasonically clean the precursor of the composite heat-conducting and sound-absorbing material after the adhesive is cured, to remove the foaming agent, unbonded zeolite particles and graphene particles in the precursor of the composite heat-conducting and sound-absorbing material, and (8) drying the composite heat-conducting and sound-absorbing material precursor after ultrasonic cleaning to remove moisture in the composite heat-conducting and sound-absorbing material precursor, and obtaining the composite heat-conducting and sound-absorbing material; and a loudspeaker, where the rear cavity of the loudspeaker is filled with the composite heat-conducting and sound-absorbing material.
