▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The converter has a first pump light and a second pump light that respectively pass through a second polarization controller (004) and a third polarization controller (005) to form dual pump light with a preset polarization angle. The double pump light is coupled through a second optical coupler (006) to form a first coupled pump light beam. The first coupled pump light beam and the signal light passing through a first polarization controller (003) are coupled through a first optical coupler (007) to form a second coupled light beam. The second coupled light beam passes through an erbium-doped fibre amplifier (008) for signal amplification. The amplified light beam is injected into the fibre of the graphene material. The third-order nonlinear effect of graphene forms multiple beams of new wavelengths. USE - All-optical wavelength converter based on graphenes dual-pumped four-wave mixing effect. ADVANTAGE - The use of double-pumped four-wave mixing effect and graphene materials reduces the sensitivity of the input light polarization state, and improves the conversion efficiency.
