▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing self-lubricating zirconium-based amorphous alloy comprises (i) performing ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation on zirconium-based amorphous alloy by taking zirconium-based amorphous alloy as anode and electrolyte tank body as cathode to obtain a micro-arc oxidized zirconium-based amorphous alloy, where the electrolyte for ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation comprises aluminate, sodium hydroxide, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid and water, (ii) immersing the resultant micro-arc zirconium oxide-based amorphous alloy into a dopamine solution for self-polymerization film forming, where the dopamine solution comprises dopamine, nano graphene, a graphene dispersing agent and water. USE - The self-lubricating zirconium-based amorphous alloy is useful in shaft parts (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation to form a ceramic coating with high hardness, crack resistance, wear resistance, abrasion reduction, lubrication and self-repairing effect; and obtained product has excellent hardness, friction resistance, wear resistance and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for self-lubricating zirconium-based amorphous alloy comprising a zirconium-based amorphous alloy substrate, a self-lubricating coating covering the surface of the zirconium-based amorphous alloy substrate, nano graphene deposited between gaps of the self-lubricating coating and a polydopamine film covering the surface of the self-lubricating coating, where the phase composition of the self-lubricating coating comprises m- zirconium dioxide, t- zirconium dioxide and alumina.
