NOVELTY - Preparing solid-liquid synergistic lubrication and noise reduction polymer composite material comprises (i) blending and mixing 40-60 pts. wt. perfluoroether rubber, 40-60 pts. wt. tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkoxy vinyl ether copolymer, 10-20 pts. wt. nanometer fluorinated graphene, and 10-20 pts. wt. nano polytetrafluoroethylene in banbury mixer, and mixing film in an open mixer, (ii) processing 5-16 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride, 5-18 pts. wt. soluble polytetrafluoroethylene, 1-10 pts. wt. silicone oil and 1-10 pts. wt. tung oil into fiber film by electrospinning, (iii) interlacedly stacking film obtained in step (i) and fiber film obtained in step (ii), and laminating multiple times on an open mill to obtain composite film, and (iv) placing composite film into mold for vulcanization and molding to obtain lubricating and noise-reducing polymer composite material. USE - The method is useful in preparing solid-liquid synergistic lubrication and noise reduction polymer composite material for ship stern bearings (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material can eliminate abnormal friction vibration and noise, which has no abnormal friction noise at any speed including start and stop, low noise, low friction coefficient, low wear and long life to meet requirements of marine use.
