NOVELTY - A fuel oil thiophene sulfide removing method involves using copper oxide/silicon dioxide-aluminum oxide-graphene oxide composite aerogel as an adsorbent, and filling adsorbent into a fixed bed adsorption device, introducing the fixed bed adsorption device at a space velocity of 1-10 h-1, and adsorbing simulated petrol of thiophene sulfide to obtain simulated petrol having a sulfur concentration of 1 ppm or less. USE - Method for removing thiophene sulfide in fuel oil. ADVANTAGE - The method enables removing thiophene sulfide with improved adsorption performance on thiophene compounds and adsorption effect and better synergistic effect.
