NOVELTY - Flame-retardant ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber material with shape self-recovery function comprises 100 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer raw rubber, 3-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 20-60 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, 1-5 pts. wt. functional additive, 2-15 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-7 pts. wt. anti-aging system, 3-8 pts. wt. vulcanization system, 30-50 pts. wt. composite flame retardant, and 15-25 pts. wt. modified flame retardant. USE - The flame-retardant ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber material is useful in rubber tube of rail traffic vehicle, sealing strip, sealing ring, electric wire cable and windshield. ADVANTAGE - The material has good performance, strong shape self-recovery ability and is capable of satisfying EN45545-2HL2.
