NOVELTY - A nano modified emulsified asphalt comprises 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. waste engine oil, 5-10 pts. wt. desulfurized rubber powder, 20-35 pts. wt. matrix asphalt, 2-4 pts. wt. rubber and stabilizer, 3-8 pts. wt. cationic styrene-butadiene latex, 2-5 pts. wt. emulsifier and 25-35 pts. wt. water. USE - Nano modified emulsified asphalt used for regenerated asphalt mixing material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the nano modified emulsified asphalt comprising dehydrating waste engine oil, sieving heavy metal impurity, high-speed shearing desulfurized rubber powder, matrix asphalt, rubber and stabilizer, waste engine oil and graphene at 160-180 degrees C into soft rubber modified asphalt, uniformly stirring cationic styrene-butadiene latex, water and emulsifier at 60-65 degrees C to obtain mixed liquid, fully mixing soft rubber modified asphalt and mixed liquid in colloid mill, and high-speed shearing at 80-100 degrees C at speed of 1800-2100 revolutions/minute for 8-12 minutes.
