NOVELTY - Method for preparing an automobile charging pile shell resistant to sun exposure and aging, involves (a) mixing polypropylene, titanium dioxide, fly ash, and lubricant, preheating to 80-90 degrees C, adding heat stabilizer and plasticizer in sequence while stirring, and drying to obtain premix (A), (b) using nylon 1214 and polytetramethylene ether glycol as raw material, mixing the raw materials, vacuum drying, heating to 140-150 degrees C in a stirring state, adding a catalyst for reaction for 2-6 minutes, adding the premix (A), nano graphene and siloxane with a hydrophobic group, continue stirring, cooling and crushing to obtain a premix (B), and (c) heating the premix (B) to 120-130 degrees C for 2-6 minutes, leaving for 2-4 hours for curing, remixing the cured material for 5-10 minutes, pressurizing, repeating the pressurization-pressure relief mode for 2-4 times, pre-heating at 160-170 degrees C for 4-6 minutes, heating to 195-210 degrees C, molding for 10-12 minutes at 6-8 MPa, and cooling and depressurizing. USE - The method is used for preparing an automobile charging pile shell resistant to sun exposure and aging (claimed).
