▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Imprinted chitosan composite film comprises imprinted chitosan (I) or (II). USE - The imprinted chitosan composite film useful: as adsorbent for adsorption of copper ions in electroplating wastewater (claimed) in heavy metal adsorption field. ADVANTAGE - The imprinted chitosan composite film: contains genipin as crosslinking agent, which has hydroxy group, ester group, acetal and other active functional groups; contains ester group and double bond structure, which respectively crosslinked with amino group of chitosan molecule to form amide bond to make the film very compact; and has strong structural stability, which ensures repeatable use rate of chitosan film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Imprinted chitosan composite film comprises imprinted chitosan of formula (I) or formula (II). dotted bond = chitosan chain. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the imprinted chitosan composite film, comprising (i) dispersing 30-40 mg chitosan in 50 ml 1% acetic acid solution to obtain 0.5-1 wt.% chitosan solution, (ii) adding 8-12 mg copper nitrate to chitosan solution, and mixing ultrasonically to form uniform solution, (iii) adding 0.5-1.2 ml crosslinking agent solution and stirring ultrasonically for 20-45 minutes to form homogeneous mixed solution of chitosan polyimprinted composite material, (iv) transferring the reacted chitosan polyimprinted composite material solution into polytetrafluoroethylene mold and placing in oven to dry at 50 degrees C for 8 hours to form a film, and (v) placing the film in Soxhlet extractor, soaking and eluting with eluent until there is no copper ions detected in eluent.
