▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The flexible transparent electrode useful in a display device, comprises a transparent substrate, and a transparent conductive film comprising a graphene sheet with a thickness of 0.1-100 nm. The transparent electrode has a sheet resistance of 1-1000 Omega /sq, and a transmittance of 70-99.9%. The graphene sheet is prepared by a process comprising forming a graphitizing catalyst in the form of a sheet, coating an organic material on the graphitizing catalyst, and heat-treating the resultant in an inert or reductive atmosphere to form a graphene sheet. USE - The flexible transparent electrode is useful in a display device such as liquid crystal display, an electronic paper like display and an organic light emitting display device, and in a dye-sensitized solar cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flexible transparent electrode can be simply prepared with excellent electrical and physical characteristics such as high conductivity, low sheet resistance, low surface roughness, improved transmittance, low contact resistance, high economical efficiency and excellent membrane uniformity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) an organic light emitting display device; and (2) a dye-sensitized solar cell. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a structure of a dyesensitized solar cell.
