▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Transparent glass comprises transparent glass substrate, graphene film and silicon dioxide film which is sequentially attached on glass substrate, where the graphene film has a thickness of 5-12 nm and the silicon dioxide film surface has a rugged microstructure. USE - The glass is useful for touch screen (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The glass is has good antiglare property and durability. The method is easy to control. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing transparent glass, comprising (i) adding graphene oxide into ice water bath for swelling natural graphite flake by microwave adding concentrated sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid mixed solution in volume ratio 17:3, stirring, adding potassium permanganate, stirring for 30 minutes, heating in oil bath to 35 degrees C, stirring for 2 hours, heating to 90 degrees C, stirring for 1.5hours, slowly adding drop wise 10% aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide, after dropping, transferring into a high-speed centrifuge, centrifuging to obtain a precipitate, washing precipitate with hydrochloric acid solution, and with deionized water to adjust pH to 5.5- 6.5, carrying out freeze-drying under vacuum to obtain graphene oxide, adding 80% ethanol solution into 0.4g graphene oxide dispersion to form a dispersion of graphene oxide and storing at 2-5 degrees C; (ii) taking silicon dioxide gel, adding to a mixed solvent of petroleum ether and ethanol, stirring to give silicon dioxide coating solution and storing at 2-5 degrees C; (iii) treating glass substrate with the plasma surface by placing on the base holder in film stretching machine, adding deionized water and 1 ml graphene oxide dispersion, dropped slowly for 1.5-3 hours at rate of 10-13mm/minute, slowly pulling the graphene oxide graphene attached to the glass substrate, repeating graphene oxide dispersion, pulling the membrane 308 times at 80-95 degrees C for 6 hours to obtain graphene oxide film on a glass substrate; and (iv) spraying silicon dioxide coating solution using a sprayer and mixing at high pressure air nozzle at a spray pressure of 3kg/cm2 uniformly on the graphene oxide film, placing in a tube furnace in an air atmosphere, heating to 250-350 degrees C at rate of 3 degrees C/minutes for 5 hours, allowing to stand and cooling.
