▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The switch has a circuit control module provided with a graphene film that is coated on a silicon substrate. An edge of the substrate is provided with a metal electrode. A tapered light output micro-nano optical fiber and a tapered light input micro-nano optical fiber are placed on the silicon substrate to via the film. Ends of the output and input micro-nano optical fibers are connected with each other by power van der waals absorbing process and utilized as a coupling end of an optical path. The output and input micro-nano optical fibers are coated with low refractive index UV glue. USE - Graphene film based electronic control micro-nano optical fiber optical switch. ADVANTAGE - The switch ensures micro-nano optical fiber evanescent propagation characteristics, is small in size, and has less response time, low drive voltage and high reliability.
