NOVELTY - Manufacturing an antibacterial and sterilizing air filtering material involves putting aqueous polyurethane into a solvent for dissolution to obtain a mixed solution. The silver-loaded graphene is added to mixed solution to form a spinning solution. The electrospinning is performed by using spinning solution to form an electrospun non-woven fabric. The electrospun non-woven fabric comprises aqueous polyurethane fiber, and interior of aqueous polyurethane fiber is mixed with silver-loaded graphene. The TiO2 film is deposited and prepared on surface of electrospun non-woven fabric. USE - Method for manufacturing an antibacterial and sterilizing air filtering material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture an antibacterial and sterilizing air filtering material, which allows aqueous polyurethane fiber to better adhere to particle in air, makes silver-loaded graphene in aqueous polyurethane fiber easier to contact with microorganism in air, turns small amount of silver into silver ions, deactivates microorganism that comes into contact, and enhances sterilizing and antibacterial effect.
