NOVELTY - Slurry pump flow passage component surface repair involves spraying and roughening component surface, washing with acetone and ethanol, and drying, preparing a slurry comprising 20-65 wt.%, preferably 35 wt.% hard tungsten carbide ceramic granules, 5-15 wt.% silicon nitride nanoparticles, 2-10 wt.% graphene fiber, and remaining hydroxy-terminated liquid rubber-modified epoxy resin, coating the slurry on the surface, drying at 90-130 degrees C to form a corrosion-resistant coating layer of tungsten carbide-silicon nitride-graphene fiber-doped epoxy resin. USE - Slurry pump flow passage component surface repair (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides repaired surface with fully filled coating and no peeling phenomenon.
