▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Development of highly transparent stickable-peelable solar cell involves coating transparent titanium carbide on polyethylene terephthalate sheet, coating 2-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenide semiconductor and coating 2-dimensional layered graphene layer, in order and transferring onto the semiconductor. USE - Development of highly transparent stickable-peelable solar cells for building integrated photovoltaic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process is a cost-effective process and produces stickable-peelable solar cells which can work under low-light environment. The developed solar photovoltaic device is highly flexible, transparent and has excellent optical absorption due to high absorption coefficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for highly transparent stickable-peelable solar cell which comprises ~100 nm thinner solar cells.
