▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Black phosphorus-based composite electrode comprises black phosphorus nanosheets, carbon material and titanium oxide (TiOx) in a mass ratio of 0.5-10:1:0.15-1.5. The carbon material is at least one of graphene, graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide with a layered structure. The TiOxhas an amorphous structure. USE - The black phosphorus-based composite electrode is useful in lithium-ion secondary batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The black phosphorus-based composite electrode improves stability of the electrode structure, is capable of in situ generation of LiyTiOx with "zero strain" characteristics during the first discharge, fully alleviates volume expansion during the cycle, improves cycle stability of the electrode, and realizes stable long cycle and high capacity retention rate under high current density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of the black phosphorus-based composite electrode using conductive additive comprising at least one of conductive graphite, conductive carbon black, carbon nanotubes, and nanocarbon cellulose, the binder is at least one of polyacrylic acid, polyethylene, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride and styrene-butadiene rubber, organic titanium salt is at least one of isopropyl titanate and tetrabutyl titanate, the hydroxy compound comprising at least one of absolute ethanol and ethylene glycol methyl ether, and the chelating agent comprising at least one of glacial acetic acid and ethanolamine.
