▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Stain and corrosion resistant aqueous fluorine-modified polyester tank coating includes 40-80 pts. wt. organofluorine unsaturated polyester resin emulsion, 4-8 pts. wt. initiator solution, 5-10 pts. wt. reducing agent solution, 0.5-1 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.2-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. wetting agent, 1-2 pts. wt. thickener, 5-10 pts. wt. anti-rust pigments, 10-30 pts. wt. deionized water, 5-10 pts. wt. zirconium phosphate, and 12-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion. USE - Strain-resistant and corrosion resistant aqueous fluorine modified polyester tank coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent anti-corrosion performance, and strengthens the coating film after fusion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the preparation method of stain and corrosion resistant aqueous fluorine-modified polyester tank coating including pacing antirust pigment and zirconium phosphate into a grinder for grinding and crushing process, until the grain diameter of the antirust pigment and zirconium phosphate is 30-60 µm; physically mixing the organofluorine unsaturated polyester resin emulsion with zirconium phosphate, and stirring at a speed of 1000 revolutions/minute by a stirrer, and adding deionized water, stirring to obtain the mixed solution a; adding defoamer, dispersing agent, wetting agent and thickener, not stopping stirring, until the mixed solution in the zirconium phosphate and anti-rust pigment and organofluorine-unsaturated polyester resin emulsion are completely mixed to obtain the mixed solution b; adding graphene oxide dispersion in mixed solution b, shaking for 30 minutes by ultrasonic wave, filtering to obtain the mixed solution c; adding initiator solution and reducing agent solution, stirring and allowing to stand for 15 minutes.
