▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation method of quaternized haloamine-modified graphene oxide antibacterial nanoparticles, involves (a) using 1,3-dibromopropane, anhydrous potassium carbonate, and 5,5-dimethyl hydantoin to prepare 3-bromopropyl-5,5-dimethyl hydantoin, (b) using 4-vinylpyridine to polymerize graphene oxide in situ under the catalysis of potassium persulfate to obtain 4-vinylpyridine modified graphene oxide, (c) using the 3-bromopropyl-5,5-dimethylhydantoin obtained in step (a) to graft the 4-vinylpyridine-modified graphene oxide obtained in step (b) through quaternization reaction to obtain quaternized haloamine modified graphene oxide, and (d) chlorinating the quaternized haloamine-modified graphene oxide obtained in step (c) with an aqueous sodium hypochlorite solution to obtain quaternized haloamine-modified graphene oxide antibacterial nanoparticles. USE - The method is used for preparation of quaternized haloamine-modified graphene oxide antibacterial nanoparticles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial nanoparticles has excellent antibacterial effect, can be recycled through the sterilization and chlorination process, and simultaneously has the functions of contact sterilization and release sterilization.
