NOVELTY - Bottom surface integrated shell powder coating comprises 15-20 wt.% high temperature calcined shell powder, 10-15 wt.% ash calcium, 2-5 wt.% kaolin, 1-3 wt.% talc, 2-5 wt.% latex powder, 1-2 wt.% polyvinyl alcohol, 3-5 wt.% titanium dioxide, 1-3 wt.% cellulose, 30-40 wt.% quartz sand, 1-2 wt.% water reducing agent, 2-3 wt.% thickening lubricant, 1-2 wt.% water-resistant agent, 1-2 wt.% bentonite, 0.5-0.8 wt.% propanol ether, 4-6 wt.% vitrified microbeads, 0.05-0.15 wt.% three-dimensional porous double-cross-linked polyaniline/graphene composite xerogel and rest is white cement. USE - Bottom surface integrated shell powder coating used as both the bottom surface material and the decorative material ADVANTAGE - The coating is added with vitrified microbeads, no need for bottom putty, the bottom surface is integrated, no need to polish, reduce pollution, and has the functions of moisture-proof, mildew-proof, fire-proof, elastic and anti-cracking, and significantly improves the waterproof performance of the coating by adding iron-silicon modified bentonite.The wear resistance and cracking resistance of the coatings are significantly improved by adding three-dimensional porous double-crosslinked polyaniline/graphene composite xerogels.
