NOVELTY - Preparing long-acting anti-corrosion graphene modified solvent-free epoxy coating comprises (1) adding the polyurethane modified graphene micro-sheet into the solvent-free epoxy resin, stirring for 20-60 minutes at 60-80 degrees C to obtain the base resin of the coating, (2) adding the wetting dispersant, antirust pigment, thickening agent into the matrix resin, using sand mill to grind at normal temperature, the rotating speed is 1000-2500 rotations/minute, grinding for 2-5 hours, (3) grinding process, adding de-foaming agent in batches, controlling the dosage of more than 5%, grinding until the fineness is less than 50 m, using filter screen to filter and packaging to obtain the coating base material, and (4) stirring and curing the coating base material for 30-40 minutes before coating, and mixing with curing agent to coat. USE - The method is useful for preparing long-acting anti-corrosion graphene modified solvent-free epoxy coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified solvent-free epoxy coating : makes the graphene uniformly distributed in the coating, which improves the corrosion resistance of the coating.
