NOVELTY - Reduced graphene oxide/polyaniline (RGO/PANI)n/hemin modified electrode comprises embellish electrode and glassy carbon electrode as substrate, PANI, RGO and chlorinating high iron heme hemin-layer self-assembly. The preparation of (RGO/PANI) modified electrode comprising e.g. (i) grinding glassy carbon electrode, and ultrasonic cleaning, (ii) immersing glassy carbon electrode in sulfuric acid solution, washing and drying, (iii) soaking resulting electrode in PANI solution, washing, and drying, (iv) dispersing in graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and drying. USE - The modified electrode is useful in detecting hydrogen peroxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified electrode has high sensitivity, stability and reproducibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Reduced graphene oxide/polyaniline (RGO/PANI)n/hemin modified electrode comprises embellish electrode and glassy carbon electrode as substrate, PANI, RGO and chlorinating high iron heme hemin-layer self-assembly. The preparation of (RGO/PANI) modified electrode comprising (i) grinding glassy carbon electrode to particle size of 0.1 mu m and 0.03 mu m on alumina powder until smooth, and then ultrasonic cleaning using distilled water and acetone, (ii) immersing glassy carbon electrode in sulfuric acid solution by cyclic voltammetry, washing with distilled water and drying under nitrogen atmosphere, (iii) soaking resulting electrode in PANI solution, washing with hydrochloric acid solution, and drying under nitrogen atmosphere, (iv) dispersing the resulting electrode in graphene oxide (GO) dispersion liquid, and drying under nitrogen atmosphere, (v) circulation treatment of step (iii) and step (iv) for 1-10 time, (vi) immersing the resulting electrode in sulfuric acid solution by cyclic voltammetry repeatedly scaning, washing with distilled water and drying under nitrogen atmosphere, and (vii) dropwise adding hemin solution into resulting electrode surface, and drying in a dryer to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use of (PANI/RGO)n/hemin modified electrode in detecting hydrogen peroxide comprising placing the (PANI/RGO)n/hemin modified electrode in buffer solution of pH 7 under nitrogen atmosphere for 10-20 minutes, continuous adding hydrogen peroxide, adjusting applied potential to -0.15-0.4 V using current-time curve, detecting (PANI/RGO)n/hemin hydrogen peroxide modified electrode electrochemical response.
