▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A low-temperature activated high-efficiency ammonia decomposition catalyst, i.e. nickel-containing ferrierite (FER) molecular sieve comprises nickel-containing carbon material as nickel source and hard template agent. The metallic nickel is introduced into FER molecular sieve in situ. The nickel content in nickel-containing FER molecular sieve is 0.1-5 wt.%. USE - The low-temperature activated high-efficiency ammonia decomposition catalyst, i.e. nickel-containing ferrierite molecular sieve used for catalytic reaction of ammonia decomposition. The ammonia is pure ammonia and/or mixed gas of ammonia, nitrogen and inert gas (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has rich microporous structure, short crystallization time, high catalytic activity, high stability, and greatly reduced temperature required for ammonia decomposition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the catalyst comprising adding container with nickel-containing carbon material, silicon source, aluminum source, organic template, inorganic alkali and solvent, stirring, aging to obtain gel, transferring to reactor, crystallizing to 120-220 degrees C for 24-72 hours, filtering, washing, drying and calcining.
