NOVELTY - The circuit board has an external radiating plate which is set on an upper and lower surface of a circuit board. The external radiating plate is provided with a connecting rod groove. The circuit board comprises a high elastic substrate (1) whose middle portion is provided with multiple radiating cavities (6). A middle portion of the high elastic substrate is transversely provided with a middle radiating plate (2). The middle radiating plate is provided with multiple heat transfer rods (10). An end of each heat transfer rod is connected with the middle radiating plate. Another end of each heat transfer rod is connected with an external radiating plate (3) that is attached on an outer surface of the high elastic substrate. The outer layer radiating plate is adhered with a flexible copper plate (4). USE - Precise 3/3mil circuit board used in electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The high-toughness, high-elasticity resin glue and organic fiber are utilized as a substrate so as to improve elasticity, toughness and bending resistance of the circuit board. The inner and outer sides of the base plate are provided with the radiating plate, so that the built-in radiating cavity is good for conducting heat out in time, thus avoiding heating of the copper wire plate.
