▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing an electrochemical immunosensor comprises (i) combining the separately prepared ultra-small palladium-copper-platinum double dodecahedral nano cube and iron-nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide nano sheet; and (ii) constructing a label-free palladium-copper-platinum- iron-nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide electrochemical immunosensor, determining the content of hepatitis B virus surface antigen HBs-Ag and drawing the working curve. USE - The electrochemical immunosensor based on palladium-copper-platinum is useful for detecting hepatitis B. ADVANTAGE - The method: produces electrochemical immunosensor with unique double dodecahedron structure, strong specificity, high sensitivity and low detection limit.
