NOVELTY - The preparation of corrosion-resistant glass fiber material involves (i) adding glass fiber mineral powder, cyanide vinyl monomer, nano-zirconia particles, graphene, sodium tripolyphosphate, and ethyltrimethoxysilane to a high speed stirring mixer, mixing, stirring at 300-500 rpm, and drawing to obtain material (I), (ii) placing polystyrene resin and sodium pyrophosphate in a blender, heating, adding hydrochloric acid solution, reacting to obtain material (II), (iii) mixing material (I) with material (II), adding into a smelting machine, smelting, stirring to obtain material (III). USE - Preparation of corrosion-resistant glass fiber material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of corrosion-resistant glass fiber material with excellent acid-and-alkali resistance, anti-aging property, and anti-oxidation property, and high rigidity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of corrosion-resistant glass fiber material involves (i) adding glass fiber mineral powder, cyanide vinyl monomer, nano-zirconia particles, graphene, sodium tripolyphosphate, and ethyltrimethoxysilane to a high speed stirring mixer, mixing, stirring at 300-500 rpm, and drawing to obtain material (I), (ii) placing polystyrene resin and sodium pyrophosphate in a blender, heating at 60-80 degrees C, adding 35-40% hydrochloric acid solution, reacting for 30-40 minutes to obtain material (II), (iii) mixing material (I) with material (II), adding into a smelting machine, smelting for 2-3 hours, stirring at 280-350 rpm for 40-60 minutes to obtain material (III), (iv) placing the material (III) in an oven, drying at 120-150 degrees C for 15-25 minutes, quickly condensing to room temperature with a condenser, re-placing in organic solvent, soaking for 4-5 hours, and drying.
