▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Curcumin-graphene oxide nanocomposite material comprises graphene oxide as a carrier to support curcumin, where the concentration ratio of graphene oxide and curcumin is 1:0.5-1:3. USE - As curcumin-graphene oxide nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The prepared nanocomposite material has high loading capacity, good water solubility, and responsive release performance under near-infrared light irradiation. The graphene oxide and curcumin can cooperate with amyloid fibers through hydrogen bonds, pi - pi conjugate, van der waals force and other non-covalent bond interactions have a strong inhibitory effect on growth or aggregation of amyloid fibers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the curcumin-graphene oxide nanocomposite material, which involves (a) mixing the graphene oxide nanosheet GO with distilled water, stirring overnight, and after ultrasonic treatment, centrifuging at a speed of 3000 rpm to obtain exfoliated monolayer GO aqueous solution, the concentration of the monolayer GO aqueous solution is 0.5 mg/ml, (b) mixing the graphene oxide aqueous solution with the curcumin dimethyl sulfoxide solution, stirring at room temperature and reacting under dark conditions for 24 hours to obtain a brownish yellow liquid, the volume ratio of the graphene oxide aqueous solution and the curcumin dimethyl sulfoxide solution is 1:1 and the concentration ratio of graphene oxide and curcumin is 1:0.5-1:3, (c) centrifuging the brown-yellow liquid obtained in step (b) at a speed of 4000 rpm for 30 minutes, and filtering the supernatant through a 0.8 mu m filter membrane to remove unreacted curcumin solids, (d) placing the filtrate obtained in step (c) in an ultrafiltration tube with a molecular weight cutoff of 14000 g/mol, and centrifuging at a speed of 4000 rpm for 30 minutes to remove soluble free curcumin and excess solvent and (e) washing the product obtained in step (d) with distilled water several times until the filtrate in the ultrafiltration tube does not appear yellow, and resuspending the washed product in water to obtain a brown-yellow curcumin-graphene oxide nanocomposite material aqueous solution.
