NOVELTY - Anti-friction wearable coating comprises 0.5-1.5 wt.% graphene, 1-2 wt.% zirconium phosphate, 8-15 wt.% polytetrafluoroethylene, 8-15 wt.% molybdenum disulfide, 18-22 wt.% agglomerant, 3-5 wt.% curing agent, 1-5 wt.% auxiliary agent and solvent. USE - Anti-friction wearable coating used for sliding bearing. ADVANTAGE - The anti-friction wearable coating has lower coefficient of friction, higher wear resistance, more excellent anti-fatigue performance, better bonding strength, very high specific surface area, excellent heat conductivity, excellent toughness, high strength, small shear strength between layers, better leveling property and better dispersibility, increases adhesion performance of coating, and removes toxic odor in coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing anti-friction wear-resistant coating for sliding bearing, which involves: a. preparing three portions of solvent according to proportion, using two portions of solvent to respectively dissolve agglomerant and curing agent, respectively obtaining agglomerant solution and curing agent solution, using one portion of solvent to dissolve graphene ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene solution; b. adding auxiliary agent and agglomerant in solution, adding solution graphene, continuously stirring to obtain graphene solution; c. continuously adding polytetrafluoroethylene graphene, mixed solution, molybdenum disulfide, zirconium phosphate, auxiliary agent, stirring uniformly to obtain zirconium phosphate mixed solution; and d. adding curing agent solution into zirconium phosphate mixed solution, stirring uniformly to obtain anti-friction wearable coating for sliding bearing.
