▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves selecting plates with different sizes according to requirement, and splicing different plates using laser welding. A raw material bag is set in spliced plank stuff, and a graphene turbid liquid is placed in raw material bag. A preparation of graphene turbid liquid involves putting atomized iron powder and steel ball into ball milling tank according to mass ratio of 1:10. A graphene oxide powder and dispersing agent are added according to mass percentage ratio, and graphene oxide powder is grinded and dried under condition of 80 degree Celsius in vacuum drying box to obtain uniformly dispersed metal-modified graphene oxide powder. The obtained graphene powder is put in water-soluble polyurethane solution, and stirred to obtain mixed solution that is heated and evaporated in oil bath to obtain suspension. USE - Method for designing of electric field auxiliary cold spraying equipment. ADVANTAGE - The designing of device with graphene turbid liquid is performed effectively in improved and efficient manner.
