▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A thermally-conductive silicone rubber comprises aluminum powder, graphene, ceramic powder, lithium carbonate, metavanadate, ascorbic acid, poly(butylene terephthalate), calcium fluoride, 1,2-dimethyl-imidazole, chlorinated paraffin, potassium citrate, diethylene glycol, accelerator CA, rare-earth additive, methyl vinyl phenyl silicone rubber and 1,1-di-t-butylperoxy cyclohexane. USE - Thermally-conductive silicone rubber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermally-conductive silicone rubber has excellent thermal property (by addition of aluminum powder, graphene and ceramic powder), and improves durability and anti-aging property of a rubber product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A thermally-conductive silicone rubber comprises 3-5 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 12-17 pts. wt. graphene, 2-3 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 1-2 pts. wt. lithium carbonate, 0.4-1 pt. wt. metavanadate, 0.3-1 pt. wt. ascorbic acid, 10-13 pts. wt. poly(butylene terephthalate), 2-3 pts. wt. calcium fluoride, 1-2 pts. wt. 1,2-dimethyl-imidazole, 2-4 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 0.5-1 pt. wt. potassium citrate, 0.5-1 pt. wt. diethylene glycol, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator CA, 3-4 pts. wt. rare-earth additive, 100-108 pts. wt. methyl vinyl phenyl silicone rubber and 1-2 pts. wt. 1,1-di-t-butylperoxy cyclohexane. The rare-earth additive is prepared by mixing 1-2 pts. wt. dodecanedioic acid and 5-6 pts. wt. lanthanum chloride, adding 20-30 wt.% deionized water, mixing for 40-50 minutes, adding solution of 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. ethylenediamine, stirring, obtaining acidified rare-earth product, soaking 40-50 pts. wt. calcium zeolite in 6-10% sodium hydroxide solution for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing with water, mixing washed zeolite with 0.4-1 pt. wt. nylon acetate, stirring at 60-70 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, obtaining esterified zeolite, adding 10-16 pts. wt. polyvinyl acetal to remaining amount of deionized water, stirring at 90-95 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, adding acidified rare-earth product, 2-4 pts. wt. formaldehyde and 2-3 pts. wt. magnesium-aluminum silicate, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding 0.6-1 pt. wt. urea, stirring at 60-65 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, adding esterified zeolite to resultant glue, placing resultant mixture in Teflon (RTM: polytetrafluoroethylene)-lined stainless steel autoclave, placing the autoclave in an oven at 140-150 degrees C for 2-3 hours, cooling obtained product and drying to room temperature. The total amount of deionized water is 120-130 pts. wt. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of thermally-conductive silicone rubber.
