▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method of producing graphene, comprises forming a composition comprising magnesium and carbon, and isolating graphene from the composition. USE - The method is useful for producing isolated crystalline graphene, which is useful for forming a graphene ink and for manufacturing an electronic device (all claimed) such as an integrated circuit, a programmable logic device, a data communication device, a clock generation device, a flexible display or conductive display, a computer, and a mobile telephone. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of economically and consistently producing the graphene with high yield and high crystallinity using non-toxic chemicals and recyclable materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) an isolated crystalline graphene prepared by the method; (2) a method of forming a graphene ink comprising dispersing or suspending the isolated crystalline graphene into a liquid; (3) a graphene ink comprising crystalline graphene and a liquid; and (4) a method for fabricating the electronic device using the isolated crystalline graphene.
