▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing submicron reduced graphene oxide doped silver powder for field of 5 G, involves (a) preparing RGO solution, silver nitrate solution and reducing agent solution, (b) mixing the reduction-agent solution with the RGO liquid to obtain a first mixed liquid, (c) mixing surface active agent and the first mixed solution to obtain second mixed liquid and (d) mixing silver nitrates with the second mixed solution, reacting, orderly filtering, freezing and drying to obtain submicrons RGO-doped silver silver powder. USE - Preparation method of submicron RGO doped silver powder is useful in field of 5G . Uses include but are not limited to ceramic filters, conductive phase-silver powder, bonding phase-glass powder and organic phase-carrier. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare sub-micron RGO doped silver powder, which has excellent physical and chemical properties and conductive performance of the graphene, and high conductivity, high adhesive force and good weldability.
