NOVELTY - Children's feather garment comprises a surface material inner layer (1), an inner container layer (2), a graphene heating sheet layer (3), a floating yarn layer (4) and a fabric outer layer (5) which are arranged from inside to outside sequentially. The graphene heated sheet layer comprises a heating core layer (32), a heat-conducting insulating layer (31), a metal electrode sheet (33), a glass fiber and a weaving with the graphene sheet. The heat conductive insulating layers (31) are covered on the inner and outer surfaces of the heating core layers. The metal electrode sheets (33) are connected to the power source through conductive metal wires. USE - Children feather garment capable of storing heat for use as child warm-keeping sleeve in winter.
