▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High-strength formaldehyde-free adhesive comprises 30 wt.% corn starch, 0.02 wt.% graphene oxide, 2 wt.% acid alpha-amylase, 5 wt.% guar gum, 3 wt.% diatomaceous earth, 1 wt.% bamboo fiber and 0.1 wt.% Corning Hydropalat 875 (RTM: Excellent wetting agent with medium tendency to foam in aqueous solutions or polymer dispersions), 3 wt.% beta -cyclodextrin and water (balance amount). USE - The adhesive is useful in furniture (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The adhesive has antibacterial and mothproof effect, and prevents mildew. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-strength formaldehyde-free adhesive comprising (i) adjusting starch water to solution with concentration of 45%, performing ultrasonic treatment at 60 degrees C for 20 minutes at ultrasonic frequency of 20 KHz and ultrasonic power of 150 W, and filtering, (ii) adding acid alpha-amylase and adjusting pH value to 4-4.5, performing enzymatic hydrolysis for 25 minutes, (iii) adjusting pH value to 7-7.5, adding dispersant, graphene oxide and beta -cyclodextrin, and stirring for 25 minutes, and (iv) adding remaining raw materials and stirring for 45 minutes.
