▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The system has a multiwell silicone cassette deposited with gold thin film by sputter and deposited with a thin layer of graphene oxide. Controlled deposition of gold nanoparticles of 20 nanometer is made on the multiwell silicone cassette by uniform solvent-mediated drip, where biofunctionalization is performed with aptamers, enzymes or antibodies, surface Raman spectroscopy (SERS) spectral measurements are performed with substrates using a portable Raman spectrometer with a Helium-Xenon laser operated at 785 nanometer and excitation source with a power of 5 to 100 megawatt and the system is calibrated with Raman signal from a standard silicone tablet at 520 per centimeter. USE - System for detecting agrochemicals in environmental samples such as water and soil, and food samples. ADVANTAGE - The system is provided with high sensitivity and specificity above immunochromatographic rapid tests. The system is versatile or can be applied for detection of analytes/target molecules by changing only recognition ligand on the developed substrate. The system can be applied for multiplex analysis or is able to detect a wide variety of agrochemicals at the same time. The system is low cost, facilitates quick and inexpensive analysis and guarantees access of small and large producers and all sectors involved in a food chain such as as producer, seller or final consumer. The system is easy to operate and is low complex. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a structure illustrating general strategy of a nanosensor.(Drawing includes non-English language text).
