DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Catalyst is represented by linear structure Ni2-xFex@CN-G, where x is 0-2. The structure of the catalyst is that nickel iron nano-coated nickel iron nanoparticles are grown on graphene nanosheets. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a catalyst, which involves: (A) preparing precursor composite material by dispersing GO in water to obtain GO dispersion; (B) adding nickel salt, iron salt, urea solution and polyvinylpyrrolidone solution to the GO dispersion, stirring, adding alkaline solution, then stirring, adding dopamine solution, stirring for 24-72 hours, and controlling the temperature of hydrothermal reaction at 120-140 degrees C for 24-48 hours; (C) cooling to room temperature, then suction filter and drying to prepare precursor composite material; and (D) heating precursor composite material to 400-700 degrees C under the protection of an inert atmosphere and roasting for 2-4 hours, cooling to room temperature, and adding ethanol to completely immerse the calcined product into ethanol, carrying out passivation treatment in the process, drying and grinding to obtain catalyst.
