▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A hydrolysis catalyst (10) is obtained by aggregating cellulose fibers with a graphene catalyst containing a carboxyl group(s) and/or a sulfonic acid group(s) and including a graphene structure. USE - Hydrolysis catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hydrolysis catalyst can be appropriately recovered even on industrial production scale during recycling. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) recycling of hydrolysis catalyst, which involves mixing the hydrolysis catalyst with a raw material cellulose and heating for hydrolyzing the raw material cellulose to obtain glucose, aggregating the graphene catalyst and the cellulose fibers by mixing cellulose fibers with an aqueous solution containing glucose and the graphene catalyst, separating and recovering aggregates of the graphene catalyst aggregated in the aggregation process and the cellulose fibers from the aqueous solution, and using the recovered aggregates of graphene catalyst and cellulose fibers as hydrolysis catalyst in mixing process; and (2) hydrolysis apparatus, which comprises a reaction device for mixing the hydrolysis catalyst with raw material cellulose and heating for hydrolyzing the raw material cellulose to obtain glucose, an aggregating device for aggregating the graphene catalyst and the cellulose fibers, a separation and recovery device for separating and recovering aggregates of the graphene catalyst and the cellulose fibers from aqueous solution, and a catalyst-return system for mixing aggregates of graphene catalyst and cellulose fibers as hydrolysis catalyst with raw material cellulose. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the hydrolysis catalyst.
