NOVELTY - The flexible resonant ring sensor comprises a flexible polymer substrate (1), a micro-ring resonator, a graphene layer (2), a first electrode (3) and a second electrode (4). The micro ring resonator is arranged on the flexible polymer base, and is used to receive and transmit incident light. The graphene layer is arranged between the micro ring resonator and the flexible polymer substrate for absorbing the photon in the incident light and generating light current. The first and second electrode are respectively arranged between graphene layer and flexible polymer board, and are used to generate photocurrent. USE - Flexible resonant ring sensor for use in electroencephalogram inducing device for inducing brain electrical signal used in diagnosis of central nervous system diseases. ADVANTAGE - The flexible resonant ring sensor is provided with a graphene layer on the annular waveguide, which can realize the photoelectric conversion of high efficiency. There is no electric signal interference problem, and the preparation technique is simple and the cost is low. At the same time, because the substrate is a flexible polymer substrate with good biological compatibility, so it is applied to the electroencephalogram inducing device, it can reduce the damage to brain tissue, reduce the accumulation of scar tissue around the implanted part.
