▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aqueous epoxy graphene low-zinc antirust primer comprises a component (A) consisting of 20-30 wt.% aqueous epoxy curing agent, 35-50 wt.% zinc powder, 20-35 wt.% ferrophosphorus powder, 1-5 wt.% ternary block copolymer anionic dispersant, 2-5 wt.% e-methylpropionate (MMP), 10-20 wt.% aqueous graphene dispersion, 0.5-2 wt.% anti-settling agent and 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoaming agent, and a component (B) comprising 10-20 wt.% aqueous epoxy resin, 4-15 wt.% MMP, 10-25 wt.% ethanol, 2-5 wt.% wetting agent, 10-15 wt.% graphene, 10-25 wt.% anionic dispersant, 0.1-0.5 wt.% pH adjuster, 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoaming agent and remaining water. The dispersant is prepared by mixing 10-30 pts. wt. itaconic acid, 5-15 pts. wt. sodium p-styrene sulfonate, 10-20 pts. wt. methacryloxyalkyl alcohol phosphate, 1-3 pts. wt. chain transfer agent, and 40-80 pts. wt. solvent under nitrogen atmosphere, stirring at 50-100 degrees C, adding 8-15 pts. wt. solvent solution containing 10% initiator, and reacting. USE - Aqueous epoxy graphene low-zinc antirust primer. Uses include but are not limited to bridges, storage tanks, containers, ships, steel structures, etc. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous epoxy graphene primer has excellent adhesion, rust resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, salt resistance and storage stability, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The ternary block copolymer anionic dispersant has structural formula (I). The dispersant has functional group chosen from carboxylate anion, a sulfonate anion and a phosphate anion, and has number average molecular weight of 3000-8000 and polydispersity coefficient of 1.2 or less. n = 5-20;and p,m = 4-10.
