NOVELTY - The method involves providing a substrate with an atomic level flatness. Metal nano catalyst particles are performed on the substrate. The substrate is placed with the metal nano catalyst particles in a heating furnace for heating. Carbon source gas is introduced. A graphene nano-structured belt is formed on a substrate. The carbon source air is coolede, and cooling to room temperature under the action of the protective gas. USE - Preparation method of graphene nano-belt used in field-effect transistor gas sensing, light detector and energy storage. Can also be used in solar cells, photodetectors, photovoltaic cells and photonic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene nano-belt with micron-sized length and regular edge structure.
