USE - Preparation method of graphene nano-belt used in field-effect transistor gas sensing, light detector and energy storage. Can also be used in solar cells, photodetectors, photovoltaic cells and photonic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene nano-belt with micron-sized length and regular edge structure.
