▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Long-acting antistatic composite polyester fiber comprises single layer of graphene grafted with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) molecules, nano carbon black and free PET, where nano carbon black attached to both sides of a single layer of graphene sheets, nano-carbon black contains high DBP value nano carbon black and low DBP value nano carbon black, and addition amount of nano carbon black is 3-5 times of high DBP value nano carbon black, and the mass ratio of nano carbon black to graphene is 1.2-3:0.04-0.24, the content of the graphite in the composite polyester fiber is 0.04-0.24%, and the number average molecular weight of the free PET is 14,000-35,000, and the transverse dimension of the graphene is 1-100 mm. USE - Used as long-acting antistatic composite polyester fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fiber has good anti-static effect and good spinnability, is stable and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the fiber, comprising (i) adding 10 parts of aqueous dispersion of modified graphene, 0.05-0.3 parts of molecular weight modifier and 100 parts of terephthalic acid to 46 parts of ethylene glycol, and stirring at 300-500 revolutions/minute and uniformly dispersing, where the modified graphene is a single-layer graphene having an oxygen-containing functional group e.g. carboxy group or a hydroxy group on the surface, and has a carbon-oxygen ratio of 2.5-6, and the modified graphene aqueous dispersion has a mass concentration of 0.5-3%, (ii) mixing the low DBP value nano carbon black and the high DBP value nano carbon black in a ratio of 3-5:1 by mass ratio, adding the mixture to the mixture obtained in the step (i), and dispersing by an emulsification homogenizer, where mixing in weight of the nano carbon black is 1.2-3 parts, (iii) adding the dispersion obtained in the step (ii) to the polycondensation reaction vessel under nitrogen protection to carry out an esterification reaction, heating to 285 degrees C and vacuumizing, and the reaction proceeds until the system is no longer exothermic, and subjecting the polymer melt to water cooling granulation to obtain an antistatic composite PET slice, and (iv) subjecting the slice obtained in the step (iii) to high speed spinning to obtain a long-lasting antistatic composite polyester fiber, and the melt temperature is 270-300 degrees C, the continuous spinning speed is 2000-5000 m/min and the draw ratio is 2-6 times.
